Support doesnt work good

Administrators in public rooms are always haughty. they say that they are greater than users and never listen users complaint. They showed users a pic of bomb not to complain. I told a users how to complain to ICQ and how to write review on App store then they block me to chat there. Application is nice but admins are bad.
